A better Tulane, a better New Orleans
Saturday January 19th 2019

We, the undersigned members of the Tulane University community, support the people who work hard every day to make and serve our food. We believe these workers deserve respect, dignity and basic worker rights, and that the university should hold all subcontractors to the highest ethical and moral standards. We believe that working conditions on this campus do not currently live up to these expectations, and call on the university to take meaningful action by collaborating with faculty, students and on-campus staff to create and implement a labor code of conduct.
